Our Guarantee

Our diapers, covers, all in ones and diapering accessories are guaranteed. Materials & workmanship are guaranteed for 60 days from shipment as long as the recommended care instructions have been followed. Manufacturing defects will be repaired or exchanged at my discretion.

Returns

We understand that babies and toddlers are shaped differently and sometimes certain products do not fit. We cheerfully accept returns or process an exchange on any items within 30 days of shipment providing the item is unused (other than being tried on) and unwashed with prior approval.

We are sorry, but returns can not be accepted on non-standard custom items. Second quality items are sold "AS IS". Return shipping charges on items deemed not defective are the responsibility of the customer.

· Instock Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
· Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for Custom Orders to be completed and shipped unless otherwise noted.
